Inhale Calm, Exhale Chaos: Yoga – Sound – Acupuncture

Are you feeling anxious, angry, frustrated, depressed or experiencing other unwanted emotions? Join us for an evening of deep breathing, meditation and relaxation where we will breathe in the chaos of everyday life and exhale releasing emotions we are holding onto.
We will begin with a guided mediation led by @716_yoga_with_jessie. While we settle in and relax into our practice, @dr.stefpawelek will apply acupuncture to a few select points to enhance relaxation, calm the mind and relieve stress.
We will then transition into our restorative yoga practice, moving slowly and mindfully as Danni from @seleniteandsage_ brings in vibrational energy playing Tibetan sound bowls and ocean drum.
