The Power of Self-Awareness

The “Self Love Club” is back at it again with another relaxing evening that is just for YOU & your self care! This time, we are exploring the Power of Self-Awareness as it pertains to mind, body, & spirit.
The evening will include:
- a short presentation & discussion on what it really means to “listen to your body” related to creating healthy, nourishing daily habits, and simple ways to begin learning your body’s cues related to hunger, sleep, stress, etc (led by Steph Genco, Wellness & Nutrition Coach)
- a 30-minute Restorative Yoga Practice, bringing awareness to and releasing tension in the body (w/ Jess Ostrowski of Yoga for You By Jess)
- a 30-minute Healing Meditation Practice, exploring the heightened emotions and personal intuition that this month’s New Moon offers us (w/ Danni Domanowski of Selenite & Sage)
- light refreshments (vegan & GF friendly)
- a kind community <3
Please bring a yoga mat & any pillows, blankets, or props you would like to use. Comfortable clothes are encouraged. All experience levels are welcome (it’s okay to be a beginner & try something new!)
