Walk to Be Well!

“Walk to Be Well” will be part walking club, part group coaching, part fellowship! We will meet at Wellness in the Village, then walk to the Alden Town Park track (about 45 minutes of activity). Return for a cup of coffee, tea, or water and a light snack… and some light group coaching!
Each session will have a mini mindset talk to help you stay inspired and motivated, some time to share about your wellness wins or struggles, and coaching on your goals for the next couple of weeks. Come to one or come to all – just be in community with others who are on their health & wellness journeys!
*open to ages 16 and up*
